Simon Bourne is holding a Roman vessel. His group the ‘Hovercraft History Hunters’ share their experiences uncovering amazing Roman and other finds from the Thames and Medway estuaries. Other features include a high status gold Medieval stirrup ring, a Roman dragonesque brooch in unbelievable condition, medieval coin hoards and, of course a report for the long-delayed ‘Spring Detectival’.
